Godrej Appliances — appliance not working, complaint has been made but delay in action | |||
I bought a godrej refrigerator in december 2016.in may 2018, it's compressor stopped working. I complained and got it replaced. Since it was under warranty period, i only had to pay for the gas and the service. But two months later, again compressor stopped working. Again i registered a complaint but it has been like 10 days since then, no proper action has been taken on your part. I registered complaint again, the call number this time being l[protected]. Nobody has contacted me yet. I only keep getting messages that the call will be attended on 12, 13 and 18 august. I got three msgs in two days informing me about these dates. I don't understand why godrej is demonstrating such substandard service.
