[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — carbon gas is leaking in fridge and black spot occurring in whole fridge | |||
Hi, I purchased a godrej fridge 251 cts 5.2 (N orchid siler) on 1st of feb 2017 from shop Gupta enterprises 26/26 gali no 11 vishwas nagar, shahdara delhi-110032. Using of few days we found defrost was not working and black spot are all over in the fridge. We raised complaint regarding this to godrej. A technician visited to our home he told us fridge has defrost problem which is not working starting and some gas is leaking in the fridge which is very harmful for our health. When i told him to do something to fix the problem He misbehave me and told me i cannot do anything to fix the problem you clean the fridge Yourself or call godrej company. I felt very bad to hear this type of statement of godrej technician. After few days i again raised complaint to godrej regarding this black spots and defrost problem. Complaint no (D[protected]) date-10/11/2017. Their technician again visited to our home he saw my fridge and clicked pics of black spots and defrost problem but he is unable to understand the actual problem And told me he will submitted all pics to their senior and will gave you solution, also told me Godrej company will call you in 2-3 days. I was waiting to godrej company's ph call but company Didn't call me and closed my complaint without solution my problem. They are very bad of customer handling company. I called to godrej company and asked about my complaint and its solution their customer service Person told me we closed you complaint. I asked to her but technician told me company will call you for your solution of problem. I was shocked to hear to this about godrej company behavior. I again raised complaint regarding my fridge problem, complaint no (D[protected]). Date-18/11/2017. Same technician visited to my home he again did same clicked pics and etc. Now he told me that he cannot do anything thing company will do all. Company will replace the fridge or fix the problem. I make the call to godrej company and told my all problem they told me company will send Senior technician he will handle my problem. Complants no (D[protected]) date-21/11/2017. Their senior technician mr amit sharma mobile#[protected] visited our home and saw problem of my fridge he himself cleaned my fridge's black spot and told me his guarntee spots will not appear again if spots appear again call him he provide his mobile no to us. But 3-4 days black spots appear again. I called him agian he saw and clicked pics and told me company will provide you solution. I called to company he again send a technician and he told me he cannot do anything company Will provide you solution, but company did not provide me still any solution. I visited their franchisees which is located in m/s gunjan technologies pvt. Ltd. H. No, 62 G/f vijay block laxmi nagar. Where i talked to mr. Aneesh mobile #91-[protected]. I explained him to my problem regarding fridge, his answer was that company will provide you solution or will replace your fridge. And request me give me one day to solution our international Technician will saw your problem and we will give you replacement of fridge. Their sr. Technician visited our home and he opened the fridger and cleaned all fridge himself. But after 3-4 days problem occurred again. I am very fed off regarding my fridge and godrej company and their technician. I am shocked that their technician don't have any knowledge regarding problem and fridge. As per their statement they are making me fool and godrej company is not like that as i am seeing. They do not solving my problem. Gupta enterprises shop dealer is not supporting me. All are making me fool. Still i am facing problem. If this issue will not resolved, so i have to file this case in consumer court. I will also file 2nd case regarding this carban gass leaking in my fridge which is harmfull for my family members health. So request you to please do the needful As early as possible. Dec 7, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved In my complaints I copied all technician no. we made call to customer care they raised our complaints no. After raised complaint no Godrej company's technician visited our home but still they did not give me any solution where this type harmful gas is leaking. They are unable to find out the problem.Godrej company's technician only visited our home for solution they provide us customer care no and told to talk to company.
