My father in law has purchased a godrej refrigerator model rd edge pro 205 tai 5.2 brz win dated 06th june 2018. From the date of installation till date the machine is giving trouble. Initially we thought that there might be some setting issues and observed the occurrences but as the problem continued, we were forced to complaint to customer care and service person visited and told there is issues with some parts and needs to be changed. Accordingly he changed something called thermostat. He also informed us that same kind of issues are being faced by other consumers who has purchased the model recently. After his departure, next day again there is issues with the machine and we have again lodged a complaint with customer care. Today the service person came and told that the machine needs to be serviced again for some more dispute. Now my query is whether the godrej company expect customer to have such kind of product which is having problem within 1 month of its purchase? After paying rs 16700/- and not getting the expected product is failure of your company. Now your people are forcing us for repair which we are not agreeing with. Your area sales manager of south bengal has told they can repair only but we need this to be replaced or else i am going to lodge complaint in consumer forum against you with the product.
