Hi,

I purchased two split AC (1.5 tn & 2 tn) near about April 2016. Now we want to AMC for those AC. That is why I tried to contact[protected] from last Tuesday. But still, now I don't get any perfect solution for that. Some caller is told me for download *djnni* app from play store. I did it. But, this app is too difficult to use. That is why I again try on that number for help. but your executive Priti Pal ask me for the call to another number & after that hold the line. I also held the phone line but, after a few moments when I say "hello" then there was nobody.
I want to know that why you are not co-operating with us.
I also request you for an ultimate solution to my problem, because this is very urgent.
