Godrej Appliances — defective workmanship | |||
Dear sir\mam My name is rohit navlani, i was purchased a godrej semi-automatic washing machine (Model no.- gws7002 ppd & serial no.[protected]sw01435) on november 21, 2018. We were complaining on[protected] from registered mobile no. [protected] you can also cross verify from this, for some defect related to water not came out after drain. Your employee came and checks but he said it's a rodents causing obstructions to the functioning of the product and i am not agree that statement and he said we are not responsible for this. He also ask some irrelevant charges. We thought this is a workmanship defect. A hole below your product which clearly indicate this is workmanship defect. We are showing clearly your workmanship defect in picture which are attach below. So we are requesting you to come and repair your product as soon as possible. If you not do that then replace your product with new one. If any query regarding this you contact me on mob no.
