[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — demonstration of w m | |||||
Purchased a s a w m on 17/02/2018 and the same was delivered on 18/02/2018. Ients After purchase i received 3 messages related to demonstration of vm I waited for 2 days, but no body came to demonstrate. Why? I am a health care provider, i have to see my patients at home, but because of this washing machine i missed my patients care, and also my earnings . Should i loose my earnings just because i purchased a godrej wm?. Is it that the godrej staff know how to send messages without even thinking about their responsibilities? This is customer friendly? When i was abroad also i purchased and used godrej fridge. But now i am really reluctant to recommend my friends to go for godrej appliances.
