Godrej Appliances — Fridge made obsolete

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am the owner of a Godrej fridge which I've bought earlier since the past 10 years. I registered a complaint with regards to cooling and freezing of the refrigerator herefore on 25 August at your toll free number [protected], the complaint ID being X[protected] and they arrived on 28 August.
During the first visit, he couldn't solve the problem as he hadn't brought with himself a gas kit or the required set for rectifying the prevailing situation against which the complaint had been lodged and had taken 550 already. Anyways, day after that, other guy shows up, filled up the refrigerant and mentioned we had three leaks which had been alerted out and took away the requisite 1700 rupees, no problems till here.
But the next day, after a mere night, the fridge's cooling is gone again, the symptoms being exactly like the last time, infact even worse. The cooling had completely shut down and things have been spoilt since. On 3rd Sept again after repeated calls, mostly being on wait or not picking up, another set of technicians decided to show up and offer other remedies which were uncalled for. They tried to fix it up again but again after a night, the fridge has stopped cooling up. The matter has become worse than ever before.
We have been repeatedly calling the custoner service, both the toll free and personal numbers to raise issues o[censored]nsatisfactory performance and would like to raise a complaint against the service center who were assigned to tackle our problem.
Is this the type of consumer service one should expect from a reputed company like yours?When I decided to go for your product, it wasn't because you guys were offering some discount or anything like that. I chose Godrej because i was under the impression that you people offer good after sales service but if this is the type of service you were offering, I see no sense going for your products ever again, or even recommending them.
Your customer care representatives dont have the sense of politely responding to queries, your customer care center assigned to us didn't address the issue properly, infact have spoilt it, making the fridge worse, and if they do, they supply us with junk that only compounds the problem. I have paid Rs. 2250 to end without a working fridge! Do you guys seriously think that we customers are dumb and have no idea what might the problem be? If this matter is not sorted out, I am afraid I would have to consider legal options.
