[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — fridge not functioning properly | |
Dear sir, Good morning. I am one of your ordinary customers (Said to be a valid customer during the purchase of your product) having a very good godrej table and chair bought 25 yrs ago and a fridge (Said to be good). This fridge was bought on 03.04.2015 at cochin, kerala while i was working there. After a few months i had some problems some four or five times during may, june, july, 2015. Only after several times of your technicians visit, it was told that the fridge had some manufacturing defect and it was replaced by a new one on 14.08.2015. Before getting this problem solved we were fed up very much. The purpose of buying a fridge was defeated, because of the fault and frequent contacts over phone and in person to rectify the same. Now we are at trivandrum, kerala. During march, 2017 we again started facing all sorts of problems a fridge can give to its users and your people at trivandrum came and started attending the same. The dates were 27.03.2017 (The date on which i took an amc for three years paying rs.2, 459/-), 17.05.2017, 22.05.2017, 02.06.2017, 14.06.2017, 07.09.2017 and 11.09.2017. (During 27.03.2017 to 07.09.2017 the technicians at trivandrum did wonderful help by refilling gas, replacing door, took the fridge to the their place and corrected a bend in the body through which air was coming inside through a very small gap between the body and rubber feeding in the door). When we felt partially happy, again the vegetables, milk and other products started decaying. We called tollefree people on 07.09.2017. On 11.09.2017 the technician came and we showed all the mobile shots of the decayed vegetables and flowers. He did something and it was ok for some days. On 20.09.2017 again the vegetables started decaying. Now today i thought of calling the tollfree number as usual. But something made me to put the grievances in your site, and hence this representation. I am very happy the trivandrum technicians responded very well to my complaints did the jobs well, but the purpose was not materialised. I don't want to complaint anybody. We are not fresh users of fridge, as we had used three types of various brands herebefore. Now i leave it to your goodselves, whether you will try to adhere to the happenings and make a remedy for the same. I am 101% sure that the present condition of the fridge will never change unless the correct fault is located and rectified. I have the least hope over godrej officials in giving me a permanent solution for my loving godrej fridge. I feel extremely sorry for putting the above bitter experience before you, but it is the truth. I would be the most happiest man in the world, if this letter is handled fruitfully.
