My ac remote had gone during the flood in kerala on august 2018. I registered a complaint and one called me and told it would be delivered after one week. After that he did not even picked the call. Worst ever experience from godrej and the employee. Please don't cheat others with this kind of service and useless employees. 100% unsatisfied. Dont give jobs to this kind of employees. He did not even called me after that. It has been around 5 months above since i complained about the remote. I must get a new remote otherwise i will be forced to buy a new duplicate one. I have contacted customer service because my washing machine was having some spinning and drainage issues but the company could not recognise the H6 fault ... probably 2 technicians came but till now the customer care is just assuring us I. Am really disappointed!!!

I m complaining about for godrej refrigerator not cooling.i bought in 8 mounth pass away.my in under warranty.i m not satisfied of godrej company for warranty, dealer, repair system, and serviced are very weak. thanks for the nice communication.
