Godrej Appliances — harassment by godrej company

We booked the godrej refrigerator edge pro in august. The representative didn't say that we have to pay cash during and requests finally when it the delivery men reached during that period all atms were closed for 3-4 days, hence it was not possible to complete the deal and we had to rearrange the old refrigerator, which was to be exchanged and based on the delivery man's telephonic instructions we simply removed everything stored.
Further against a call from the marketing / service section we requested the representative to come on 2nd nov 2018 to come and collect the cheque, with a condition that they would deliver the refrigerator on 13th nov 2018. The cheque was credited but they failed to deliver, rather the local marketing division people started asking unethical questions that why we can't wait for 3 more days. The point is we don't stay and travelling a lot. It's difficult to adjust our schedules. Godrej people didn't fail to collect the payment on the given date but when we need they have lots of excuses. Another important thing is the representative had collect the cheque from dr snigdha chakraborty but he didn't write anything on the application booklet except payment details and payment mode. He was indrajit soam (But illigible). When we raised this issue over phone the godrej person on the other side of the line started challenging that it was our duty and not the representative's task.
Finally we got the refrigerator delivered on 23rd november 2018. Technician came, opened from the sealed pack, fitted, demonstrated and got the secret code. His instruction was to wait for ay least 2.5 hours so we couldnt check anything.
After the suggested duration we put all our stuff inside and on the next morning we noticed milk, mutton, all cooked food and fruits got damaged as the refrigerator didn't work. Then launched a complain, further a technician came and did something. He had shown that the refrigerator started working. Also said the compressor is ok. Took the secret code.
Then i left for patna and already my wife was there in dhaka for her job. Today i reached a couple of hours ago and thought there was a sealed pack of milk whether i can consume that. I found the refrigerator is not working, there is bad smell, ice tray is full of water and no ice.
Complained the company in their toll free number and they said their technician would call me in 4 hours and come within next 24 hours. I need to tell the technician about my problem and the person attended the call in the toll free number can't help more.
But i already have plans to go to hobar danga, which is 50 km away and i have some works there. Not supposed to return before 2nd december evening and again on 3rd december leave for ahmadabad.
In this condition what should i do? Should i have to compromise my schedule everytime because of the faulty device? How long should i have to bear with this? I mean today i am waiting for the technician to call me and then he will do something, again i will face the same trouble tomorrow, complain in the toll free number and wait for another technician! Is there any someone in the godrej company itself to take some strong measures to stop harassing customers in the name of customer care? I don't have time even to go and lodge a complain to the consumer affairs. We have lots of other commitments.
