[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — installation not done

I had recently purchased a godrej washing machine through flipcart which was delivered on 20th october 2018. Till now the same hasn't been installed. So i am not able to use it. The flipcart customer service keeps assuring me of resolving the issue but till now nothing has been done. I have cancelled the order but till now not got refund.
