Godrej Appliances — locker key is not available | |||
We bought a new godrej bero from godrej dealer (Magnoteck). We haven't received the locker key from them and the shop is closed permanently now and owner mobile number is also not reachable. We tried reaching to rectify the issue but there were no proper response from the dealer. Later, i raised complaint in godrej and they told they are not responsible for the issue has happened as the magnoteck owner is not reachable. Sir, my Refrizarator was burnt automatically on 19 September2019. Though complaint has been lodge at nearest retailer, but no action has been taken so far.
