Godrej Appliances — manufacturing defect in refrigerator | |||
I have purchased a godrej refrigerator (sx-221) on 23-feb-2018 and on 5 feb 2018, i lodged a complaint for issue in:- 1. Freezer part of the refrigerator 2. Water logging at the back side of refrigerator and leaking on the ground. 3. Evaporation inside the refrigerator. An unskilled technician from godrej visited and he adjusted some wire below the freezer and guided us for some things which were out of the box like when ever u open the freezer door, first defrost it and wait for 15-20 min and then open the freezer door bcz otherwise it will get damaged so whenever i need some thing from the freezer it means i should wait for 15-20 min every time which does not make any sense so i requested a visit from senior technician and he said that the issue will remain like this in this freeze and there is no solution of this isssue. Again after frustration from the freeze i raised a complaint on 3 july 2018 and he again replied the same. then again i raised a complaint on 14 july 2018 and technician said there is a issue of thermosate and we need to replace that part but i denied to replace the part and i want my freeze to be replaced by a new one bcz there is a manufacturing defect from the date i purchased the freeze and all your technician differs in their opinion. I want my refrigerator to be replaced as soon as possible bcz i am facing lots of issue in this and all my stuffed in the refrigerator is getting wasted.
