[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Poor customer support | |||
Hii i am arun kumar biswas has brought a godrej refrigerator model no - gfe25bz, unique service no - s[protected] (2e4vbb) on 04/03/2010.in this tenure of 6 years, relay has been damaged for 2 times, more of the time timer is not working, fan is not working for most of the time, my purpose of buying a refrigerator is not solved as things i keep in it doesn't just cool off because of this persistence problem. i am a senior citizen living alone is not getting service which i am supposed to get from company like godrej. Every time i complain a guy used to come from godrej i dnt know what do and every time i face the same within some months latest on 06/08/2016 and every time i end up paying the fees. For last 3 days that local guy and every time is promising me that he will come and i kept on waiting for him. Purchased 29 oct 2015. After 6 months, its bottom glass plate glue left its plate. I complaint service centre gorakhpur. They repaired it twice but no use. I made a complaint 3rd time on 24 sep 2016. Sir i purchased 5 products of Godrej on its brand name. But u advise me after its warranty shall i through it in garbage. Surendra Singh [protected]
