Dear Gentleman,
I have purchased Godrej 185 ltr Refrigerator Edge Uno on 16th October, 2022 and raised a complaint On 28th October, 2022 that freeze compressor is not working and gets stopped after 5 minutes and pcb light is blinking 4 times. In morning, around 9.30 I called up customer care on[protected] to lodge my complaint and also called up twice on local customer care number +[protected]/32 but everytime I have been told that person will come soon. In total, 6 times I have called customer care to resolve my issue but everything went in vain.
At last, technical person came and reported that freeze compressor is not working and freeze will be replaced in 2 days but even after 7 days from 28th October, to 3rd November, 2022 I have not been provided new refrigerator.
Everytime, Mr. Shyam Chaudhary, a local service centre incharge of Bapunagar branch gives me excuses. Once he said it will require approval from higher side. After 2 days, I called up him and he replied dealer request is required. Then after 2 days I called up him and he said my boss is on leave. Neither dealer has been called up by him nor he has requested his higher ups to approve the replacement. Yesterday, he said I will be given new freeze by today evening i.e. on 3rd November, 2022
But even after 7 days of my complaint, no action has been taken from Godrej to replace the freeze. Is this the way to treat the customer? Why don't you take action against the customer care people? Why complaint is not getting resolved or attended even after 7 days. Why wrong excuses are given by Mr. Shyam Chaudhary?
I feel I have been cheated by the company because how can a newly purchased freeze has no gas at all for cooling inside and how come it's compressor stop working in 10 days even if company has given 10 years warranty!
I would like to go to consumer court against Godrej for customer being cheated and not being conscious for complaint raised. On the contrary, I have been given mental stress by the customer care people rather than giving solution.
Please take this matter seriously
