[Resolved] Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. — for not solving the problem of the under warranty appliance | |||||
I have been purchased a new washing machine (Make - godrej & boyce mfg.co. Ltd.) wt eon 651 phu metallic rod on dt. 10.02.2018 (Bill attached). Within 10 days of purchase, washing machine started showing problem. The timing of rinse feature is not working correctly. Also the timing of other features is not working correctly after setting time. I contacted to customer care. Service engineer of godrej visited 3-4 times to solve the problem. Also one of the component is also been replaced by service engineer (Bill attached). But the problem is still same. Few days back i received a message from godrej that the complaint is been resolved. I purchase the product of godrej because of good quality and good customer relations but now i regret my decision like you are not solving my problem. I am facing so much problem because of you. Now i want my product to be replaced. You are requested to pay your kind attention in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
