Godrej Interio — complaint no j[protected] steel wardrobe purchased from the godrej authorised dealer. damaged by the dealer's personnel | |||
We had purchased a steel wardrobe from m/s geejgadiya & brothers, 132-132a, sultan nagar, gujar ki thadi jaipur, on[protected] vide bill no a-68 dated[protected] for rs 26500/- For delivering the wardrobe at first floor of our house, an amount of rs 1000/- was charged extra from us and was damaged in the process. The personnel sent by the dealer damaged the wardrobe and the dealer was informed immediately but the dealer has stopped bothering and the brand new wardrobe's lock is not getting properly operational. After waiting reasonably we today registered a formal complaint no j[protected] via toll free number. We have been informed by godrej service center that in this case the dealer alone would arrange for its repair. But the dealer is not entertaining us at all. What should we do now?
