Query : COMPLAIN Today I have purchased one godrej wardrobe HEXS LED from Agricultural Machinery Mart Burdwan invoice no AMMPB18190963 DTD 26.02.2019. But i am surprised to see that the Lock the handle is not functioning properly. Finishing of Inside colour is very poor i.e. the bottom rack is unfinished. But the almirah which I have choiced was good. Incidentally i am using one godrej almirah since last 24 years.But this time after purchase of a product from Godrej I think the COMPANY HAS COMPROMISED WITH QUALITY.Thanks.

Today i received one call from your Mumbai office, which was suddenly dropped. Then I repeatedly tried to contact the number (i.e.[protected] but couldn't succeed.
In this connection i also like to mention that NO GUARANTEE CARD has been given to me from Agricultural Machinery Mart, Burdwan.Today after one day of purchase the Lock is not working.
This is the unfortunate result of purchase of a product of The Brand Like GODREJ.
