We purchase Godrej products for thier quality and good after sales service. This carries guaranty of 10 years.keeping this in mind, we bought one Godrej mattresses on July 2016 from nala road, Patna. after one month black spot started in one place in mattress and spreaded across mattress. hence we registered our first complaint vide number X[protected] dtd. 12.11.2016. Your technician visited us kindly and assured a replacement within 3 days . Thereafter calls continued and one fine day on 07.03.2015, I received an email that the call is complete, without any change of mattress and they wil not change my mattress.
