[Resolved]  Godrej Interio — Incomplete Delivery and False Commitments

This is regarding order/bill no. 327763, regarding a commodity ordered on August 3, 2015 from "Godrej & Boyce MFG CO. LTD. 2, Gariahat Road (S), Dakshinapan Shopping Complex". The total price of the product (Rs. 55664.00) had been paid in full in cash at the date of purchase. The Disputed commodity is a "Kreation x2 Modular Wardrobe" which consists of 7 components/parts, 4 of which has been delivered, the 3 other components has not been delivered as of today - September 8, 2015. The attending sales executive Anjan De (Salesman Code: 901018) had assured us that all 7 components would be delivered by August 23, 2015. The Dealer has been contacted regarding this issue multiple times for over two weeks and they keep escalating the problem each time by claiming that the order would be delivered within a day. When asking for a refund, the sales executive claims that it is against company policy to issue refunds. Components ordered and paid for: 1x Kreation x2 - 450 MU, 1x Kreation x2 - 900 Dresser, 2x Kreation x2 - 450 Door, 1x Kreation x2 Drawer Front, 1x Kreation x2 - 450 Locker, 1x Kreation x2 - 7" Panel.
