Purchased Kreations 8 unit modular wardrobe and that's when the nightmare started. Absolutely pathetic customer service. The technicians were very inexperienced and damaged 2 units while assembling the parts. Since then (Nov 2021) to till today (Apr 2022), I have made several 1000 calls but no responses neither from the dealer (Naresh, Sudarshan, or Tarish) nor the Godrej Representative - Bibekananda Nayak - [protected] (Godrej sales representative).
They sent the damaged parts first time and after several weeks the technician arrived and said it is the wrong part that was sent and we have raise request again, then after raising the request again and waiting for 2 months, the parts have arrived but now no technicians are available for assembly.
The parts are lying in my place since last 1 month with no one to assemble it. Now when I call the dealer - Sri Vinayak Jointery Furniture in Rayagada, I get a response that they have now stopped selling kreations because they are not getting proper technician to assemble it. Further, they keep saying we are trying to arrange someone. The Godrej Representative Bibekanand has stopped picking up the call and has left the customer helpless.
It was the biggest mistake of my life to go for this product, can't tell you the anguish and suffering I have been through for this purchase, it has caused me more mental agony then anything else could ever be. Was this information helpful? |
