Godrej Interio — refund of cancelled product | |||
I had booked one dressing table from vikroli showroom and then cancelled it within ten minutes as i saw same product in ur second hand factory outlet which was saving my 4, 000. After making so many requests in writing to ur vikroli showroom and even through telephone and whats app, your staff is not only avoiding reply but talked very very rudely and gave very shamless answers all the time. I have been chasing them for more than one month but still neither received my refund nor getting any satisfactory reply from mr. Emran and mr rajesh, dealing persons o[censored]r showroom. It is just disgusting and painful, shocking to see such behavior from reputed company like godrej. Hope u will look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
