Godrej Interio — Short Supply of Wardrobe | |||
The Godrej Interio Grievance Team: Dear Sir/Madam: I would like to bring to your notice that I had visited the nearby Godrej Interio Shop at Sodepur, West Bengal on probably 29th September 2021 (Franchise: National Furniture) and met with Mr. Sudipta, who has shown us materials and subsequently we purchased a few materials (please refer the attachment). It was delivered to our residence on 02nd October and subsequently installed on 04th October. However, in my utter surprise I found that ONE PART of Wardrobe was not GIVEN during delivery (out of Three parts: One double door and two single door, ONE SINGLE DOOR was not provided). I have brought the same to the notice of the concerned of Sodepur National Furniture, their meek response with an attitude of no accountability surprised me More. The concerned person of Franchise (received calls after several times of calling; as if I have done a crime by purchasing materials not in the name of National Furniture But ON ACCOUNT OF THE BRAND NAME - Godrej Interio) has advised me to provide some time and may respond on and after 16th October, 2021. Now my surprise turns into bewildering notion, are we living in right place and Should we NOT BELIEVE EVEN BRAND GODREJ!!! In this context, please help me to keep trust at least in BRAND GODREJ by doing the needful urgently. Please refer to the attachment herein. Was this information helpful? | |||
