Godrej Interio — unsolved alignment problem in newly purchase godrej sliding door almirah | |||
I had purchased a new sliding door almirah as per the attached invoice. The godrej technicians came to assemble it and after doing the job and they went. When i checked it the very next day, i found alignment problem and lodged a phone complaint. The technician again came and asked for the invoice which i provided and then he said, it is not the job of godrej service centre and that i should get the alignment problem rectified through the dealer from whom i purchased the almirah. so i approached the dealer and he said, it will be done by godrej technicians only. so i have to do this back and forth and back and forth and no corrective action was taken. my complaint no. is as follow:- * Godrej SMS * Yr call no. is K[protected], Secret code is 267 Share this with technician if completely satisfied with the service.
