Godrej Interio — very bad quality and bad experience with service

Hi,

I have very bad experience with product and service of godrej interio.

Last year i bought a central table from godrej interio in bangalore which costed more than normal but because of the brand name i went for that.in feb this year it got broken and it took 2 weeks for the service person to correct it. Two months before it got broken again, one of the leg got detached from it. I called the customer care and a person came to our house. He said he will bring the parts and will come tomorrow and fix it. When i said that it is under warranty he said that then it will take 2 weeks for the items to come from mumbai. It is 2 months now and after repeated calling also the items has not been repaired. I feel cheated as after paying premium the product that i received was so delicate without quality and even the after service is very bad.
I want to know is there a policy of return even with 50% of the money i will opt for it even within one year of taking the item as i feel the item is not of good quality which will lead to again and again calling for service which is very slow and will also cost me now as one year is getting completed.
