Booking of 2 slimline (darkwood) wardrobes worth INR 45208/-was placed on[protected] with planned delivery schedule of 2 weeks. 50% (22000/-) advance payment by cheque was completed with confirmation call for the balance amount to be made by the sales person when the shipment would arrive at the warehouse. follow up call for the delivery was made post 1st week for which the revert was, "your order will be delivered within 3-4 days". Post 3-4 days again follow up call was made with similar reply. on 25th Dec, Sunday again a follow up call with the revert of " your order will be delivered on 30th Dec" was confirmed. (please mark 2 weeks time has already crossed, order not received). Again on 30th dec a follow up call to when will the order be delivered to make sure timings don't conflict with order arrival & personal schedule; shocking reply of "your payment is still pending therefore your order was not processed for delivery; had the payment been completed the order would be completed" An apology for manufacturing of the darkwood had some issue at factory level was uninformed till that day. (Please mark call was raised from us for payment completion which was promised from Godrej salespersons end at material arrival) with other continuous follow ups and unrest and inconvenience the complete payment was made on 3rd jan 2017. (3 weeks completed, order not received). The new commitment for complete order delivery was[protected] with balance payment completed on[protected]. Today,[protected] I got a call from Godrej Interio, that they will be delivering only one wardrobe as the other is found damaged during PDI at the warehouse. On inquiring the delivery of 2nd one, the manager at store replied it will be delivered by[protected]. Extremely disappointing service with too much inconvenience is being served. Request you to complete the order delivery within a day or 2 along with some compensation (indemnify) for the not keeping the given word (which is very unethical) & providing unsatisfactory services. Payment bills & other necessary documents attached herewith for your reference & further strict needful actions to be taken. Hoping for a good service at least this time. Thank you.
