Godrej Interio — Wrong commitment to customer | |||
I had bought a bed, side table, study table, wardrobe, side tables. There were defects which i noticed in some items and have been following up from feb. Had called their call center in feb who came and checked the same and told me that fresh items would be sent. Had waited for a month and called their call center again and it was told to me that your defective items were replaced as per their record. I was shocked to hear the same and when i told them that it was not they adviced again u pls raise a complaint. I did so but with no result as no one turned up as per the time and date i had given. Went to the showroom from where i bought but they just tried to shed away their responsibility. When i was firm on my stand that they have to support me as they had sold me the goods they call their service center and i was told some one will come Again waited the entire day by no one came Agin i went to their showroom now one of the show room manager took some initiative to send a person Total 14th april the replacement items had come don't know when they will be fitted After sales service extremely bad and they give false commitment and lie. They violate the terms and conditions on service level. Godrej interior a reputed same in indian industry, just don't know how they can take customers for a ride kits simply cheating on the service level committed. Was this information helpful? | |||
