Godrej Lock — Lock got Damaged. | |||
Dear Sir, We have purchased a flat from our Builders Sri Saptgiri Infra in Visakhapatnam and Godrej Lock was fitted during May 2014. The main door Lock of Godrej got stuck in the night time and we need to get it opened through street vendor. Now the Builder and your Godrej Dealer is saying that it is not cover under warranty. We were not having any option other than breaking the lock as it was mid night. Please suggest us what to do further? Regards.
