Godrej Locking Solutions & Systems — 7025 godrej exs astro - broken lock replacement issue | |||
I am a resident of sector 9, dwarka, new delhi and i purchased 7025 godrej exs astro lock for my main door on 27 june 2019 from your authorised dealer m/s. Gupta sons, sector 10, plot no. 13, mlu market, dwarka. Telephone:[protected] and email id: [protected]@gmail.com. The invoice of purchase is attached with this email. On 7 march 2020, the lock broke and i took the broken lock to the dealer to make the complaint. The dealer said that an aurhorised service person will attend to the complaint and the lock will be replaced. I expressed my urgency as the lock is of the main door and in no other way i can lock my door which is a major security concern. The service person from godrej visited my house on 13 march 2020, which was already very late and did the survey and provided replacement notice in writing (The notice along with the photo of the broken lock is attached). He said that when we take this lock along with the notice, the dealer will replace the lock. We went to the dealer again on 13 march 2020 itself. The dealer took the notice and the broken lock. But i am afraid to inform you that the dealer has not replaced the lock till date (17 march 2020) and we are unable to leave the house and go anywhere. I and my wife are both working and we are taking leave and sitting at home alternatively as we cannot leave the house open. This is causing lot of problem to us.
