This is with regard to nature basket thakur village branch, today when i visited firstly a bottle slipped from customers hand and broke into glass splinter there was not a staff who came forward to clean the mess. The glass splinters were lying there to injure any unassuming customer who would unknowingly tread on them.
The counter staff keeps changing, there was one mr. Anish patel very rudely announced that the counter was closed and in spite of heavy queue they had kept only one counter open.
