[Resolved] Godrej Properties — delayed in possession and no proper information related to invoices for gecity | |
At the time of sale i was told that the possession date would be 2016 dec then the date moved to march 2017, then june then july and finally now dec. However; my emi is continuously going and i am paying rent as well. I want to know how the builder is going to compensate the loss? Also, i raised the complaint about the invoices for slabs (Third floor and terrace slab) from the builder but nothing is getting done. Its just exchange of emails and assurance.
