[Resolved] Godrej Properties — false possession date | |||||
I have been chasing to get clarity on the possession date of my property e-city k block. At the time of sale i was told that the possession date would be 2016 dec then the date moved to march 2017, then june then july and finally now dec. However; my emi is continuously going and and i am paying rent as well. I want to know how the builder is going to compensate the loss? How long do I need to wait to get my concern addressed? I have sent several emails to customer care however; no response from your side. I’m highly frustrated with your late back attitude and forcing me to go legal which I don’t want. I will also check how RERA/consumer court can help me onto this if this is not sorted out soon.
