[Resolved] Godrej Properties — godrej alpine mangalore - delays, legal issues

A. Delayed project (By 2.5 years from earlier promised completion date)
B. Amenities reduced significantly
C. Legal issues with the sale deed being offered not (Parking, other amenities are not covered and are open for others to block in future)
D. Very poor response to requests of communication (They have taken 90% of money 2 years ago and all the delay and irresponsibility after that)
E. Making fresh false committments in meetings, providing false status of completion

Help end this situation in an acceptable way.

I have written regularly to the local Godrej team at mangalore for details - they keep telling me they don't know details and that they wait for head office to confirm to them.
They also gave another point of contact, who very very rarely responds to emails - and when he responds, the details he shares are hardly adequate or precise.

If I were to connect with someone, who do I connect with over an email?
I will write to them with my details.

Updated by ParthoDhanurdhara I have written repeatedly to Anuj (and once again this week too) as he was the person sending us Godrej's formal communication, and was also the person who promised to respond to our queries - why do I not get a response from him?
Ok, I will also write to Customer care. Will try if you are telling me they will help.
