Godrej Properties — godrej properties - not refunding booking amount on cancellation | |
I have booked flat (Godrej prakriti kolkata – tower yamunetri - 1301) on 19th november' by paying rs. 458, 905/- as a token amount. Due to some personal reasons on 18th january’2019 i contacted godrej customer care to cancel my booking as well as sent a mail, now they are reverting there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charge. There are several mail communications done but all are in vain. Requesting to assist to get the refund of the booking amount or suggest if i need to go for further legal procedures. The money is high for us as we are from a middle class family.
