1. Even after 3.5 (Approx) years of handover, we did not get the maintenance bill properly. After so many reminders, there is no solution. We were sent reminders for not paying the maintenance bill for the last 1 year but the problem was not resolved. 2. Our car parkings handedover on september 2018. We want compensation for late handover. 3. Last december, my floor's tiles went up automatically. After writing multiple time, no reply, no solution. Since we are staying with my 75-year-old parents and 7-year-old son, and it was difficult live with the dust and broken floor. So we spent rs 65000/- on the floor to fixed it. We are claiming cost of floor repairing rs 65000/- back. 4. According to the consumer court document, the maintenance charge should be after the handover. But in our case, why exception? 5. I did mail when was going to install 2 acs, but did not receive any reply. Finally we installed 1 ac. But why we asked to relocate the outdoor unit even after it being installed in proper place?
