[Resolved]  Godrej Properties — township management by godrej management

I am resident of godrej garden city, ahmadabad. It's township and i live in cluster called, orchard. Now godrej has declared it as open township and handed over road to auda (Ahmadabad municipality), however maintenance to road is still paid by godrej (In short apex fund of every cluster paid by flat owners). Cleaning of road, electricity to polls, watering to trees and maintenance of gardens etc are eventually paid by all flat owners and auda is not spending any amount of money. Still roads are open to use for all public regardless of godrej residents or outsiders. We, owners of flats, are pissed off due to godrej's management. If auda has nothing to spend over township road, then why should it be allowed to enter for outsiders and ruine property like anything?
Even though geekay security staff knows that outsiders come into township and spread nuisance, they do not stop them coming in and let them do photo shoot or sell hawkers snacks inside the township.
@ godrej... We were not shown this picture while selling off property to such high rates showing us rosy pictures of premium property. Godrej in ahmadabad is not premium property anymore. It's maintained well anymore. Geekay security agency feeds money to jll and gpl to keep their business on and ultimately residents suffer. I want to sell off my apartment and would never recommend any buyer to buy at godrej in ahmadabad
