[Resolved] Godrej Properties — wrong information about possession timing | |||||
I had booked a flat in godrej garden city, caramel g block. Expected date of delivery was may 2017 but they keep on extending date every time i contact them. Also orally they say something while they type something else in customer portal which i noticed later when i logged into the customer portal. Second issue is that this tower has some legal issue hence it is not approved by major banks. This is confirmed by at least two bankers. Third they are informing that extra money will be charged due to gst which is exactly opposed to what government has clarified time and again. Totally non trustworthy builder just like others.
