Godrej — Washing machine stopped working | |||||
I was using a fully automatic washing machine of godrej company, I purchased it 4 years back, suddenly it stopped working and then I called an executive from godrej company, he told me that some part of the machine is damaged and he took that part but from last one month they have not returned I have asked them for a new part but they are not picking my phone's neither replying me on e-mails, I am suffering from lot of inconvenience from last one month they are not doing anything to resolve my problem they are very negligent, I appeal you to help me in the best possible way. And I want my machine repaired or give me the money or buy me a new washing machine. Was this information helpful? | |||||
