[Resolved] Godrej/ Washing Machine — washing timer | |||
I bring to your kind notice the sad state of affairs in customer care support for Godrej Washing machines. I have a semi automatic washing machines from Godrej purchased on 18th February 2014. A complaint was lodged with customer care on 8th August and visited your engineer 2 times and one time I paid Rs. 985.00 for repair and 2nd time (21.08.2018) I have not paid to your engineer but machine is not working properly. 2 times he didn't work on it. so please solve this matter.
