I was booked foraii679 for journey on 18/4/2020 from coimbatore to mumbai under pnr z09tp. As the flight is cancelled due to covid19, i requeest you to kindly refund the full amount at the earliest. I have not recd any information, from your end so far. The airlines asked me to follow it up with you for refund. Kindly oblige. I am a senior citizen, and do not travel frequently.
