[Resolved] Goibibo — Child fare (full or half) | |||||
Dear sir / madam, I bought an air ticket (Del - hk - del ; srilankan airline ; date of journey 12 june - 23 june 2017) on 21st may 2017 form goibibo online. On 3rd june i got the split of my payment and i came to know that they have charged full fare for a child under 11years. I think no air line charges full fare for a child under 11. I already complaint to goibibo for this but they said that due dynamic airfare sometimes a child is charged as an adult fare. But i have never heard that in any condition a child is charged full fare. Kindly see into the matter to get half airfare for the child and do the justification for charging full fare for a child. I will be grateful to you.
