[Resolved] Goibibo — complaint regarding hotel booking | |
I had booked a grand room for three days from 04.06.2018 to 07.06.2018 in hotel kings corner raja park jaipur india through goibibo on 03.06.2018 booking id [protected] and paid rs 2587 in advance. On reaching there i found that hotel was under repairs and it was impossible to stay there without having any facility, it was very disappointing situation. Before booking goibibo should have been confirmed about the facilities. At that point of time i had to go for another hotel. Please arrange to refund my money rs 2587 and compensate against mental tension. Further pay rs 5200 also which i had to pay in another hotel. Was this information helpful? | |
