Goibibo — flight tickets delayed | |||
I had booked my flight from mumbai to taipei via singapore on 5th march 2020 and a return on 25th march 2020 on goibibo website. Due to covid-19 outbreak, singapore airlines had cancelled my flight on 18th february 2020 (Bom-sin dated 5th feb 2020) I got a call from goibibo representative enquiring about the reschedule to 5th march 2020 twice... Once on thursday (20th feb 2020) and yesterday (25th feb 2020)... Now its just a week left for me to board the flight still goibibo has not provided me a confirmed ticket. Its been 7 days and less than 10 days for me to travel and i cannot believe that goibibo has such a poor service. I would like to have my confirmed rescheduled ticket (Booking ref no.: vzdtnc) Was this information helpful? | |||
