[Resolved] Goibibo — Money deducted twice but transaction was successful only once | |||||
I have mailed them all my documents regarding the deduction of amounts and the money was deducted twice from my account but transaction was successful only once. I contacted goibibo for this and they are stating that it is Indian Bank's fault and Indian Bank is stating it's goibibo's fault. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 27, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved The complaint has been resolved and I got all the payment back in my account. A refund was initiated and this is a nice platform where people can discuss there issues. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Ticket charges
There is huge difference in Bus fares in this site and other site. I booked a ticket in Roadlink which is 850 the same ticket i saw just 650 in other ticket booking sites.35%
