Just now around 20mins back I have make a booking for two passengers from kolkata to bangkok Departure 9th July 2014, rerturn 19th July 2014, The booking was in the name of Mr. Pratik Surana & Miss. Neha Agarwala. Pnr No.is MYMW6A When I was making the booking firstly I was paying from My Bank of Baroda debit Card. but it was unsuccesful and no Booking was made. Next I made the Booking from my Freinds Card. But After few mins I recieved a msg frm Bank of Baroda dt Rs 26402/_ has been debited too. So for One booking twice the amount Debited. Dear sir

Iam really frustrated about goibibo service...i booked my ticket on 08/1/14 but from dat time i called to the customer care executive they told that i will get my amount within 6 working days but still i didnt receive my amount..and they are not replying me at all .If iam calling to customer care executive also they are not giving me proper details..and puting my call on hold and disconnecting my call..I had wasted my money and time for calling them please help me to get my money back...

sir, on 28th of january i have booked a ticket from mumbai to bbsr for 29th journey through net banking.my amount rs 11176/- was deducted but i didn't get ticket.again i made similar booking, this time it was successful.after making several complaint still after 2 month i didn't receive any response for refund.the bank trans. no. for failed ticket is IG00MVCEB7.PLEASE respond to my mail.

My airlines has rescheduled my flight. so I have cancelled my trip and waiting for the refund from past 1 month.Booking reference ID is NSGP7156Z, i cancelled my ticket directly through airlines. I been waiting from 1 month for my refund, kindly process my refund. I am attaching my travel invoice, please process ASAP.
i booked flight with goibibo from srinagar to jammu last month
my flight was from srinagar to jammu on 28 april 2015 and flight was cancelled due to technical problem ticket was refundable and i called customer care of goibibo and i was said that it will b refunded within 7 working days and till this date i hve not recieved it and 2nd nw i m calling there helpline no and no one is responding my booking id was NSGJC918X i dnt know wat to do nw

We have booked tickets from goa to hyd DOJ: 26th Jan.

We havent travelled on this bus. As we received message stating the bus was cancelled by the bus operator, we contacted customer care and they have cancelled the ticket and said they will refund the amount. But still we havent received the refund. To my surprise the status of the ticket has been moved from cancelled to travelled in the portal. Please help and refund the amount. How can it be chenaged to travelled status???
