Dear sir This is regarding the insurance policy which i have taken from golden foreset my a/c no is 01/9/lsb190048 date od commencement 14/2/1996 and maturity date 14/02/2017. Fund value 1000/- and maturity value is 101000 /- my enrolmet no is 453477. I tried to send the copies of document through mail id which had provided in the site, but unfortunately i am unable to contact you. Please suggest my legal rights and is any possibility to get the amount. Thanks for early reply. Kindly share the contact details of the management to enable us to meet them.
