Golden Forests India Ltd — Golden forest warrants - reissue after parents death to son

Dear sir,
As my both father and mother expired so submitted applications through speedpost to reissue of warrants being a lagal son on oct 2020..
Yesterday I have spoken to helpline and asked me to send Mail to the given email id as there is some issue to reissue warrants as per helpline executive..
but yet not re ceived any warrants
