I have invested amount of 1, 000/- in the golden forest (India) limited under receipt no. Ls/94/39864 dated 11/11/1994 by the name of j. D. Venkatesha murthy

My amount maturity date is 17/10/2019 under enrolment no 71402.

But till the date i have not received my amount.

So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.

Dear sir,
I had invested in the name of my daughters with the following details

1.Receipt No. LS/98/44085 issue date 25/2/98 A/C no. 01/9/LSC898200 in the name of Rishu Gupta

2. Receipt No. LS/98/44086 issue date 25/2/98 A/C no.01/9/LSC898201 in the name of Rajni Gupta

I had sent them a registered letter on their address
Committee GFIL, Main Building, V&PO Jharmari Via Lalru, Teh Derabassi, Distt mohali
But did not get any response so far

Is 01/9/LSC366486 my name is LATA BALKRISHNA SONAJE.please solve my complain and ałlow to submit my claim.
