Now i want to claim, hence please take up the matter with gfil to enable me to file claim online or otherwise. Please also advice me process to follow as well.

I tried again and again through website of GFIL but all the times captions arrived as "No records exists"
Now I want to claim, hence please take up the matter with GFIL to enable me to file claim online or otherwise. Please also advice me process to follow as well.
