Despite repeated attempts as per your latest three criteria the claim form for payment shows ‘account not valid’and not matching for account number validation. I onlined my particulars as follow:

Allotment letter/receipt no 39662
Claimant depositor
Name of claimant balwinder singh
Amount deposited 20000/-
Email id [protected]@gmail.com
Mobileno [protected]
Similarly my wife’s account number is also mismatching her particulars are
Name balwinder kaur, account no lsb39636 receipt no 39660 amount 5000/- email id b. [protected]@yahoo.com mobile no [protected]
Kindly help remove the problem at the earliest
